📝 We talk about acceleration work, specifically pull acceleration work. We’re focusing on using a pull root hog sled to help with hip extension and ground contact behind the center of mass, in order to minimize braking forces and maximize acceleration during sprint training. The goal is to have the athletes feel like they’re falling forward as they drive forward.
